This pale unfiltered hoppy lager has been meticulously crafted with the finest ingredients. It pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head. The addition of comet hops adds a grassy, citrus note that announces its presence without being overpowering. We wanted to create something unique but that also has its roots in styles we admire and appreciate. Cheers!
AleWorX - Hazy Orange IPA

This Hazy “unfiltered” IPA was developed as a highly approachable seasonal from your friends here at Lake Tahoe AleworX. We added 15 pounds of Sweet Orange peel at the end of the boil to emphasize a clean citrus in the nose and body. We hopped this ale with 100% Amarillo hops because they are our favorite American hops and you just can’t beat their aroma and flavor. Think sweet geranium blossoms and earthy grapefruit. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed brewing it. Get it while it lasts.......Cheers!

The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon grow in outstanding vineyards planted throughout Monterey County. We age this Cabernet in French oak (60% new). Inviting red cherry and currant jam aromas complement notes of vanilla and caramel. Chewy tannins frame bright cherry and berry flavors that carry through the long, smooth finish.

To pack in as much hop character as possible, we hopped it in the mash ton, first wort, bittering addition, flavor addition, whirlpool (aroma), and dry hops in fermenter. With the 6 combined hop additions and 5 distinctive varieties of hops, this Double IPA is a hop head masterpiece. The Malt profile was kept relatively simple to keep the hop character predominate yet not overwhelming.
Track 7 Brewing Co. - Nukin' Futz

This creamy and crazy ale takes our Burnt Fog Smoked Porter recipe, drops the smoked malt and adds peanut butter, chocolate and lactose sugar. The combination produced a creamy peanut butter cup of a beer fitting of a celebration and capable of easing the winter doldrums. Nukin’ Futz was brewed for our 3rd anniversary on New Year’s Eve but will continue as an occasional release.
