Brouwerij Bockor - Kriek Des Jacobins

To obtain its true “kriek” or cherry flavour, natural cherry juices are also added. The fruitiness of the aroma clearly reveals itself in the mouth. Our Jacobins Kriek has a well-balanced, pleasant and slightly sweet flavour, which is best enjoyed when drunk out of its own bowl-shaped glass.

This wine displays expressive fruit aromas of yellow apple and lemon curd, along with classic oak expression notes of toasted hazelnut, vanilla custard and crème brulee. By creating a blend of classic and brand new flavors, we have constructed a fresh IPA that will provide a new take on the notorious West Coast style.

ABV: 11.00%     IBU:

This is a lacerative muther of a beer. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale. It is strongly suggested you stay far, far away from this beer. Those foolish enough to venture close enough to taste will experience a punishingly unforgiving assault on the palate. ’Course there’s always the masochists...
Stone Brewing Co. - Encore Series: 6th Anniversary Porter
Style: Porter
ABV: 8.00%     IBU: 60.0

We cranked up the malts and hops a notch or three and conditioned it on French and American oak, which accentuated our porter’s distinctive smokiness and amplified its chocolate and roast coffee flavors while also adding subtle notes of toffee, cherries, dried berries and vanilla.
Stone Brewing Co. - Encore: 02.02.02 Verticle Epic
Style: Belgian Strong Dark
ABV: 7.50%     IBU: 45.0

Vertical Epic 02.02.02 was not brewed "to style". Instead, we tried to create something new. It's triple-ish in nature, with wit character, coriander and orange peel, and has way more hops than either a Belgian triple or a Wit would. Belgian yeast was used. Belgian Strong Ale is the closest category that fits.
Stone Brewing Co. - Encore: 12th Annivesrary
Style: Oatmeal Stout
ABV: 9.20%     IBU:

When it came time to craft a commemorative offering for our 12th anniversary, we decided to trade in the bitterness of hops for the bitterness of unsweetened chocolate, and paired that with flaked oats. Featuring a thick, rich, roasty mouthfeel and chocolate-heavy flavors and aromas, this onyx-colored, malt-forward beauty became an instant classic that shares space on our liquid trophy case alongside our hop-focused fan favorites.

Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.50%     IBU: 105.0

Stone Ruination IPA was the first full-time brewed and bottled West Coast double IPA on the planet. As craft beer has evolved over the years, so too have techniques for maximizing hop flavors and aromas. For the second incarnation of our groundbreaking India pale ale, we employed dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence from the hops.
