Inspired by our international projects, the same philosophy is applied to this third release.

We employ a unique fermentation system for Blüme. This process produces a refreshing beer that is restrained in its acidity and balanced by a more robust malt bill compared to a traditional Berliner. A 100% grain Double IPA made with imported malt, galaxy hops in the boil, whirlpool and dry hopping stage. Hopped with a whopping seven pounds of hops per barrel. The tropical fruit nose is just as tantalizing as the famous Bossa Nova music of Brazil.

Two Coast Brewing Co. - Altbier

While most brewers would just add burnt sugar to get to the required darkness, we use a deeply toasted specialty malt that adds notes of cookies cooling on a rack and - other than sugar - conforms with Two Coast Brewing's guiding principle of beer making - the German purity law.
