Inspired by our international projects, the same philosophy is applied to this third release.

A 100% grain Double IPA made with imported malt, galaxy hops in the boil, whirlpool and dry hopping stage. Hopped with a whopping seven pounds of hops per barrel. The tropical fruit nose is just as tantalizing as the famous Bossa Nova music of Brazil.

While most brewers would just add burnt sugar to get to the required darkness, we use a deeply toasted specialty malt that adds notes of cookies cooling on a rack and - other than sugar - conforms with Two Coast Brewing's guiding principle of beer making - the German purity law.
