100% Sangiovese. In the local dialect FAIENZA is the name of the town Emilia-Romagna region where the wine is grown and produced. This estate grown Sangiovese was macerated for 10-15 days and fermented in stainless steel. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks as well, enabling the wine to reveal bright fruit and perfumed aromas without long bottle age.

The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and minerality. The vineyard is farmed sustainably and the grapes are hand picked.
