Ace - Hard Berry Cider

Our Ace Berry cider is a sweeter cider at 5% alcohol by volume. We ferment the apple juices for 14 days to dryness and then add fresh blackberry and raspberry juices to produce a light purple cider. Ace Berry has just the right amount of fruitiness and sweetness; it is refreshing when chilled without being cloying. It is an all-natural, low-calorie, gluten-free cold filtered cider.
Ale Industries - Golden State of Mind

Golden State of Mind is a unique creation. We have called it a "California Tea Beer" due to its construction using local California ingredients, from the oats, barley, and wheat to the fresh coriander, chamomile, and sweet orange peel. This gives Golden State of Mind its smooth, dry, bready malt character with earthy, spice notes and hints of citrus.
Anaba - Viognier

This is a hearty, full bodied Viognier with bright floral notes and a backbone of clean French oak and luxurious marzipan flavors and a beautiful flinty finish. The mouthfeel is bold and luxurious. 35% fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral French oak, 65% fermented in 30% new French oak. Aged sur lees for 11 months, 85% underwent malolactic fermentation. 302 cases produced.

True to style, our Irish Stout has a lighter body but more roasted barley flavor. The color is a beautiful deep ruby/mahogany hue with an off-white creamy head. Hops are on the upper end of the style but push the roasted profile forward. We use English-grown Challenger and East Kent Golding hops which are noted for their earthy/spicy aroma. Nitrogenation is employed for a smooth creamy experience!.

Dust Bowl Brewing - Kettle Sour

For this beautifully colorful beer we use lactobacillus in the kettle and allow the beer to sit for 2 days, creating a pleasant tart flavor from the lactic acid that results from this stage. During fermentation we then add 168 lbs of raspberry and boysenberry puree. The result of all this mad science is a slightly hazy, brilliant pink color with a tart fruitiness and dry finish.
