Sweet maltiness with slight caramel notes gives way to a slight acidity from the fruit with a dark juicy bramble finish. This beer is not just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! It's tried, true & good - we love you Binx!

	2nd Shift Brewing - Blueberry Katy Style: Saison ABV: 5.40% Don't know what to call it besides a Brett Beer. This one gets aged for 3 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, a cool yeast that gives this beer a wonderfully pretty aroma and flavor that everyone better like or else I'll look you up and teach you a lesson. This version was aged on blueberries for 3 months.

	2nd Shift Brewing - Brewligans Style: Session IPA ABV: 4.30% A small wonder to behold, with all the hop flavors and aromas and coming in at only 4.3% abv. Some people would call it a session IPA but they would be wrong because that makes no sense. It's a low alcohol double IPA or maybe a imperial table beer or an American Light Lager that uses ale yeast and 10 times the hops as normal

Brewligans is a cloudy, East Coast-style IPA that features low bitterness, but provides you with a big citrusy aroma and flavor thanks to Citra, Centennial, and Cascade hops. This batch is a double dry-hopped version of Brewligans, you lucky devil. We brewed this beer in collaboration with the St. Louligans, the official fan club of the St. Louis Football Club (STLFC).

In this case, Pat Berger of Kaiser Tiger wanted to bring back a traditional German-style weiss bier. The aroma pops with bananas and a slight bit a clove. This throwback shows why weissbiers were the original haze craze.

ABV: 5.40% IBU: 33.0

Brewed with Bohemian Pils malt and Saaz hops Technical Ecstasy pours a stunning hazy straw color with an enormous dense white head, the hallmark of a fresh Pilsner. The hops’ floral, slightly spicy aroma immediately lures you in. The medium-bodied mouth feel produces a soft, crackery maltiness immediately followed by spicy, slightly grassy notes.
