With Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy used in all of the hopping, a fuller mouthfeel from the oats, this beer is a Colorado take on the beer that put New England on the map.

Collaboration between 4 Noses, Ritual Chocolate and Two Rivers Coffee. The first impression of this beer starts with a beautiful aroma of Ethiopian Coffee Beans. The mahogany color can be misleading on how light and crisp this beer actually is. The coffee is present on the initial sip of the beer, but the flavor profiles are rounded out by a smooth cocoa flavor from the local cocoa nibs.

When beer and cider collide, it can be a beautiful thing.
