5 Lizard is a creamy and refreshing wheat beer, lightly spicy, with the tangy fruitiness of passionfruit for a fun and lively personality. We start with a classic Belgian witbier brewed with malt, wheat and oats, changing it up with carefully chosen coriander and fresh lime peel instead of the traditional bitter orange. Passionfruit purée is added to the fermenters for a delicious and slightly exotic flavor.

Style: Chile Beer
ABV: 6.40% IBU: 35.0

5 Vulture is a deep amber-colored ale with complex caramel and sugar cane aromas with a long dry and spicy finish. A small amount of roasted ancho chile is used to complement the toasty malt aroma, adding a fruity-toasty depth without heat or strong chile flavor. Unrefined sugar lightens the body for a crisp drinkability.

5 Rabbit Cerveceria - Arroz Con Leche
Style: Golden Ale
ABV: 7.50% IBU: 48.0

Luscious in texture and features a base of super-pale malt along with jasmine rice that brings a gentle nuttiness, a handful of wheat and oats for creaminess, sweetened condensed milk, almonds and raisins, and finished with a pleasant touch of vanilla bean and Mexican cinnamon. The result is a luxurious imperial rice ale with plenty of milky creaminess, exotic aroma and delicate spiciness.

We combine it with carefully selected traditional Mesoamerican ingredients, including chile papilla, chile japans, toasted pumpkin seeds, vanilla bean, mamey pit and Mexican cinnamon.

Super Pils is a classic pilsner character in a big, bold beer that drinks like an IPA. Euro-pils character, but bolder. Cool-fermented with our house ale yeast for a clean, smooth flavor with just the barest hint of fruitines. Perfect balance of malt and hops in classic pils fashion—just stronger. Unfiltered for better body and foam.

5 Rabbit’s Gringolandia Ironica IPA is the very picture of a modern IPA: rich gold in color, dry and cleanly bitter on the palate, bursting with citrus and luscious tropical aromas from our mix of citra, azacca and amarillo dry-hops. It’s light on its feet, with our signature bright, fun character. Say it the way we do in Latin America: "EE-pah!"

	5 Rabbit Cerveceria - La Piña De Mis Ojos Style: Sour ABV: 7.00% IBU: 18.0 Inspired by the popular Mexican beverage "Tepache", this kettle-soured beer was fermented with pineapple rind and juice which makes for a tart, funky, and refreshing weisse ale.
