This fall beer starts off as an English Porter. Smooth milk chocolate and light roasty character dominate with a medium body from lactose and oats. We then accent that with an addition of Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans. Dark Horse coffee comes out on the nose like a fresh bag of espresso, and is soon followed by the pumpkin spices as it all follows through to a lingering finish.

Boom-bap drum beats are an essential ingredient in the sound of the golden age of hip-hop. Inspired by those legendary samples, we incorporated layers of Mosaic, HBC 586 and Nectaron hops into this double dry-hopped Juicy IPA. Sabro hops shine through all the tropical and berry (hip) hop character with a touch of coconut. Enjoy the third volume of this chronical, sure to become an instant classic with your first sip.

Collaboration with, Against the Grain Brewery from Kentucky. A request for "Avocado Toast and the Red Hot Chili Peppers" and from that grew this weird and inspiring ale. Local Avocado honey, almonds, lactose and hops Citra & Simcoe make this "Common-style" fermented Double Hazy IPA. The result, a hazy bomb bursting with "Cali-Common" flavor! Warning this Beer Contains Nuts!

This Belgian Quad sat in Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels for over a year and what came out was closer to a bramble than a whiskey barrel-aged beer. So we decided to accent those flavors and add blackberries with some golden raisins to create a beer that really reminds you of the cocktail. Whiskey and dark fruits come through on the nose and finish with rich raisins and a lingering fresh muttled blackberry tone.

The sun is out and summer vacation is right around the corner. This beer will have you sitting on a tropical island with your feet up in a hammock in no time. Inspired by classic tiki cocktails we used some classic components like pineapple, coconut, and for this particular gem, almonds. We then added a little guava to add some tropical flair, and finished it off with a splash of blood orange.

Our Double Hazy IPA gets a little restless. Luckily we have enough hops to keep this beer satisfied and satisfying. A substantial amount of body and malty sweetness are present to support the higher ABV and enormous dry hop. Expect to see an exciting new combination of classic, new-school, and/or experimental hops in every batch with the occasional repeat of some favorites.
