No Irish here. This beer is all California. It brings you a nice malty finish with wonderful smoothness. Unlike red IPAs, what you’re holding is very low in IBUs. How do we pack such flavor into a red ale with such low bitterness you ask? Well we’re not giving away any secrets here but those craft fans may detect an unusual profile not found is most reds. This one’s for all the easy drinking fans and craft fans alike.
