Alibi Ale Works - Brutwagon

What's a Brut IPA, you ask? It's a champagne-like IPA with low bitterness, big aroma and a bone dry finish. This new style of IPA is taking the brewery world by storm, and we've decided to jump on the BrutWagon. Our's is made with pilsner malt, a touch of wheat and generous doses of blanc/citra/azacca hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. We get notes of peach bellinis, white grape skins, and juicy pineapple. You're gonna like it.

Alibi Ale Works - Call of the Mild

We're stoked to have just tapped Alibi’s first ever English-style Mild Ale, "Call of the Mild". Mild Ale is a sessionable English brown ale, and our's is no exception. The primary flavors we get are toasted bread crust, light toffee, and a touch of cold-brewed coffee. But don't let its deep brown color fool you. At just 4.5% abv, it's an easy drinker you can session all day long!

Alibi Ale Works - Chance of Clouds
Style: New England IPA
ABV: 6.20%

Formerly known as Mozacca, Chance of Clouds is our double dry hopped, partly cloudy IPA bursting with Mosaic and Azacca hops! Additions of both malted and unmalted wheat give this beer a soft mouthfeel, but unlike the many overly-sweet juice bombs out there, we keep our water profile balanced to maintain a bit of West Coast sensibility in this one.

After years of “research” we have nailed down our house IPA recipe. This hoppy nectar boasts resinous pine flavors, complex tropical aromas, built on a light creamy malt backbone that allows the hops to shine. It’s big on flavor and aroma, with just enough bitterness to balance. Just the way we like it. Try pairing this beer with a well-aged cheddar, mango salsa, or herb roasted chicken.
