	Appalachian Mountain Brewery - Baba Budan Coffee IPA Style: Coffee IPA ABV: 6.60% IBU: 50.0 This Coffee IPA is a collaboration with Fonta Flora brewery in Morganton, NC. We took a West-coast style IPA and infused it with 80 lbs of locally roasted coffee from Espresso News in Boone. It's a delicious mix of roasted and citrus aromas in a beer that will delight drinkers of both.

	Appalachian Mountain Brewery - Bad Mother Pucker Style: Berliner Weissbier ABV: 2.80% IBU: 24.0 Napoleon once called it "the champagne of beers" this is our twist on the classic berliner weisse. A session sour aged on local cucumbers from Octopus Garden farm. Makes for a puckering, refreshing beer to celebrate the last months of summer.

	Appalachian Mountain Brewery - Big Scoop Style: Baltic Porter ABV: 8.20% IBU: 27.0 Taken from cold months of travel at sea, this porter was usually lagered on this ship. Higher in ABV this is more of a sweet, roasted porter and fermented at cold temperatures to give it a light, velvety finish.

Like Daniel Boone, this AMB flagship is a legend in the High Country. This brown porter is overflowing with dark aromas and has a creamy, persistent, tan head. Delve deeper and you will find a perfect balance between traditional English hops and the complex malt flavors, with a smooth balance between chocolate and coffee. You may not always drink gold, but when you do make sure it’s Black Gold.

Boone Creek is brewed with orange zest to add additional citrus notes to complement the light hop aroma. The clean and crisp mouthfeel is followe by just a hint of sweetness from local North Carolina wildflower honey. While best enjoyed by a cool mountain river in the summer, this blonde is delicious no matter where, no matter when.

	Appalachian Mountain Brewery - Booneliner Weiss Style: Booneliner Weiss ABV: 3.10% Very wheaty, very sour style of Berlin. Berliner weissebier has a barely perceptible hop content, low alcohol, and a sharp character. Often these are laced with syrups to cut the intense acidity, but purists will want to take them neat to enjoy the multi-faceted complexity and thirst-quenching character.
