By sending the hot wort through a bed of organic whole cone hops in our “hop back,” the Green Bullet wields complex hop flavor and aroma without cringing bitterness. Organic barley malts give a caramel, earthy deepness to the beer. At the same time, our dry-hopped fermentation process brings forth the bold tanginess of quality organic American hops.

As Cologne became known for its inclusiveness and acceptance of all citizens, the Kolsch similarly came to represent the “every-man’s beer.” Fermented with its own special ale yeast and brewed with a Pilsner malt, our version boasts a uniquely smooth balance with a dry, hoppy finish. The Green Lantern’s simple recipe lets our fine organic ingredients and meticulous brewing techniques shine through.

Our hops obsession has paid off. Not for the faint of heart, or the faint of palette, the fantastic Greenade Double IPA should come with a warning on the label: “prepare for taste bud attack.” The hop dominant yet smooth and creamy taste will surely blow you away. With a 9.0% ABV, the complex flavor and is balanced perfectly with citrus and floral hop aroma. Handle with care!

Crafted with 50 pounds of organic hemp hearts (seeds) from Boulder’s own Evo Hemp, this experimental beer combines unconventional ingredients with the traditional American Pale Ale style. Get it while you can – this single-batch brew boasts subtle earthy notes alongside a heady dose of organic Simcoe hops.

This year's brew is a tribute to our beloved brewery dog, Maceo, and his namesake - saxophonist Maceo Parker. Crafted with oatmeal and dark roasted malts, this silky smooth Stout is 2% jazz and 98% organic goodness. Distinctive notes of coffee and chocolate dance with the perfect balance of hops.
