'Immortal Toast' was pulled straight from the homebrew notebook of co founder Zac's late father - Greg Carpenter. White Stout, brewed with whole bean Ethiopian Peace Coffee, Ecuadorian Cacao nibs and Madagascar Vanilla beans. Aroma of freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate and sweet malt. Flavors of honey, vanilla and coffee. Medium body with low bitterness. Pours a hazy orange with white head.

Warming from the inside out, it’s a good reason to stay indoors. At 7.5% abv, this Midwest Warmer has layers to stand up to the most frigid of winter nights or rain-soaked spring days. American, English and Belgian malts come together to satisfy the soul with a rich, nutty, roasted flavors. Dark candi sugar brings out hints of dates, raisins, plum and chocolate.

Bad Weather Brewing Co. - Windvane
Style: Red IPA
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 65.0

Pouring a deep brilliant red, this is your go-to beer. If you want something hoppy, you definitely have it. American hops give WINDVANE a swift bitterness with piney, citrus and resinous flavors. If you want something with strong malt shoulders, you have that too. Roast malt layers add complexity and keeps the beer dry to showcase the hops.

Style: Red Lager

What do you call a sardonic lumberjack? We teamed up with ONE Fermentary & Taproom and brewed up a dry, crisp, and robust Rye Lager. Aroma’s of toasty, bready, rye malt and citrusy, floral hops. Flavors of toasted malt, spicy/fruity rye malt, and floral hops. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Pours a bright red with a tan head.
