It’s been said that ducks fly together so embracing the spirit of unity, we’re thrilled to introduce the latest addition to our year-round beer lineup: Mallard West Coast IPA. We’ve drawn inspiration from our roots, selecting our beloved El Dorado hop and pairing it with Simcoe to craft a flavor that’s as layered and complex as the majestic Mallard itself. While Mallards are not unique to Wisconsin, we believe they perfectly illustrate the layering and depth of flavors achieved by the combination of hops, all supported by a robust malty foundation to float this big beer on.
