This brand new baby is a New England IPA that's been dosed with a delicate amount of Grapefruit Puree and than Double Dry Hopped with Mosaic cryo, Centennial cryo, Simcoe cryo and Cascade pellets ?. We basically took the base of our beloved summer crush (Lomax), switched up the hop profile slightly and added a little grapefruit to hammer home this taste of summer.

Style: Kolsch
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 10.0

Originating in the western German town of Cologne, the Kölsch is essentially the ale equivalent to the Pilsner; crisp, clean and refreshing but with a slightly richer malt flavor and a mildly fruity yeast character. The Icculus Kölsch is a pale straw color with a bright white head, bready, mineral malt character, balancing herbal hop bitterness, and a subtle, pearfruit-like yeast character.

Jet black in color, big brown frothy head that explodes with flavor before you even take your first sip! Awesome!

A four way collaboration Triple IPA with Garage, Alvarado Street & J. Wakefield Brewing. Loaded with Blackberries, Hibiscus and a touch of Vanilla. Pours reddish purple in color with a light pink head. Slight tartness leant from the blackberries as well as a nice floral character coming from the hibiscus. Vanilla on the back end has this one drinking super smooth for a TIPA.
