Bavik-De Brabandere - Petrus Aged Red

ABV: 8.50%

Petrus Aged Red is constructed from a base of Double Brown Ale. 15% Petrus Aged Pale is added to provide a dry character to the brew and give it a slight sour essence. Finally the brewer adds fresh cherries, which are evident in the rich thick head. Petrus Aged Red is a perfect blend of sweet and sour with a cherry undertone which makes this brew remarkably drinkable at 8.5% ABV.

We used nitrogen instead of CO2 for a better result. Nitrogen provides a rounder taste and a better mouthfeel. Cheers!

Petrus Oud Bruin is a blend of 33% Petrus Aged Pale, pure foeder beer that has been aged for 2 years in oak foeders, and 67% young brown beer. In this blend, the young dark beer contributes the reddish-brown color and the Aged Pale contributes the slightly sour flavor. Petrus Oud Bruin is a typically Flemish red-brown ale as tradition dictates.

Petrus Roodbruin, previously called Oud Bruin, is a blend of 33% Petrus Aged Pale, pure foeder beer that has aged for 2 years in oak foeders, and 67% young brown beer. In this blend, the young dark beer contributes the reddish-brown color and the Aged Pale contributes the slightly sour flavor. Petrus Oud Bruin is a typically Flemish red-brown ale as the tradition dictates.

Bavik-De Brabandere - Super Wit
Style: Belgian White
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 22.0

Bavik Super Wit pours a hazy-blonde to golden color. A firm white foam releases earthy aromas of ground coriander, dried flowers and fresh citrus peel. Pronounced notes of lemon and orange appear in the first sip of this medium-bodied Belgian Wit. Much like its predecessor Bavik Super Pils (also unpasteurized) a pronounced hop bitterness and lively carbonation gently scrub the palate, so you desire another sip.

Style: Witbier
ABV: 5.00%

Charms you with its own character, smooth taste and a unique delicious aroma. A very pleasant drink, light in alcohol with a crisp and refreshing flavor. WITTEKERKE is always served cold, but in taking your time to enjoy it, you will find more flowery and spring flavors towards the end of your glass. Although the hoppy bitterness is an underlying taste, it is never dominant. Perfect white head.

Bavik-De Brabandere - Wittekerke Framboise

Wittekerke Framboise uses Wittekerke Wit as its base and the brewer adds fresh raspberries and all natural sweeteners to the liquid to produce this refreshing brew. The beer has a nice pink tint and is perfect for a hot summer day. The alcohol content of an ice-cold Frambois is only 4.3% alc. by vol., which allows for a long night of joy, action and fun. The price is remarkable attractive and shouldn’t withhold anybody for loading up on this tasty beauty.

Wittekerke Wild is the Ultimate Sour Wit beer. It is a combination of our famous Wittekerke Wit beer and our Petrus Sours. To make a Wittekerke Wild, the first step is to harvest the microflora of the oak foeders. Once we have done that, we have to unleash those microflora in the first fermentation of the Wittekerke Wit. After a good fermatation and maturation, the Wittekerke Wild is born.

	Bavik-De Brabandere - Wittekerke Winter White Ale Style: Belgian Dubbel ABV: 7.50% Quite musky and a huge presence of cinnamon and notes of orange peel and coriander. A spice like bite and medium bodied mouthfeel, with a small dry spice in the aftertaste. A nice big wit, quite spicy, especially with cinnamon.
