Alpha Bomb is an extra hoppy West Coast pale ale that packs an explosive hop punch. We begin with a base of American 2-row malt and a kiss of light caramel malt to let the shops shine front and center. We hopped the beer with HBC342, an experimental variety, along with Summit, Columbus, Amarillo, and Simcoe in the kettle. We then stuffed a big sack of HBC366 hop flowers in the serving tank for a unique dry hop aroma.

Alpha Waves gets an abundant dry hop charge of Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo for a large citrus aroma.

‘Careful With That Raspberry, Eugene’ is packed with an intense amount of raspberry aroma that is the result of aging our one year old base beer on over two pounds per gallon of whole red raspberries. It pours a beautiful dark red hue with a pink head, big jammy and sour fruit flavors meld in with our funky house character and finishes tart and dry. This beer has a ton of raspberry character yet stays in balance with the underlying beer.

Dubbel In Paradise is a traditional Belgain-style dubbel. We begin with a base of German pilsner malt blended with specialty malts from Belgium to create a deep malt character. Addition of a unique Belgian "candi" syrup imparts flavors of rum-soaked raisins. Delicately balanced by floral German hops, Dubbel In Paradise is fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast. Full Malted Jacket endures an extended three hour boil to add a unique richness to this lusciously malty brew. Sunlit Passage is a brand new West Coast-Style IPA! Its foundation of Irish base malt lends an extra pale complexion. This beer features Strata, Crystal, Ekuanot and Simcoe, which combine for juicy pineapple, citrus, and pungent floral notes. These flavors shine as brilliantly as the sunrise pierces through the chambers of Newgrange on the Winter Solstice. 7.1% ABV, 55 IBUs.

"System of a Stout" is an imperial stout with all the traditional ingredients of a savory cup of Armenian coffee: cardamom, molasses, coffee, and brandy. The finished beer was then aged for several days masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa. The beer was then aged for several weeks on Armenian brandy-soaked oak chips for yet another dimension of flavors and aromas.

It's then generously hopped with Chinook, Summit, Centennial, and Simcoe for a massive citrus and tropical hop profile.
