	Bishop Cider Co. - Mango Habanero Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% We've infused our cider with a touch of mango and a hint of habanero to give it some punch. What you get is a nice balance between the apple cider and the sweetness of the mango against the slight heat of the habanero. "Tastes like that Mexican mango lollipop covered in chili powder. Delicious!".

Nectar.... as in honey y’all, and Texas honey at that. It was good enough for the gods and now we’ve brought it the Cidercade and created our own sweet version of it for you. Our Nectar is a filtered, semi-sweet apple cider made from different varietals of Pacific Northwest apples and a touch of Texas honey to usher in divine intervention — making a cider that’s good as gold.

Bishop Cider Co. - Peach Tea

We loved our new Texas Tea, but as always, the crew out back is never satisfied and constantly looking to raise the bar. The Texas Tea is really refreshing, but the crew wondered what would happen to the flavor if they added a wee bit of fruit to that bad boy. After a few different combos, they found that peach was the perfect compliment to apples and tea. The easiest way to describe the Peach Tea is to write that it's a super summery drink that tastes like a sweet tea with a splash of peach. Super clean and ultra refreshing and semi-sweet.

Bishop Cider Co. - Texas Más-Mosa

ABV: 6.90%

Imagine you’re hanging out on a Saturday or Sunday morning [or any other morning for that matter]. Just chillin and lounging around the living room [or almost any other room or even outside]. You think, I could really go for a mimosa, yeah, a mimosa…. that’s the ticket. Anyway, now I’m getting thirsty. Many of us here at the cider factory are thinkin the same way so, what happens when that happens? We solve the problem. And here’s what the white coats did in the back room…. they pulled their collective knowledge of mimosas and then added a Texas twist. They of course started with our kickin apple base and added Texas oranges [well, not the actual oranges but the juice] and then kicked up the carbonation to mimic the true bubbly, and boom, there you have it. A Texas Mas-Mosa. Plenty of orange on the nose and bunches of carbonation and citrus from the Texas oranges. Enjoy!

Bishop Cider Co. - Texas Strawberry

ABV: 8.50%

If you like strawberries, have we created a beauty for you. Introducing in this corner, Texas Strawberry. And yes it is big, bold, beautiful and all things strawberry. Even the winter frost couldn’t stop us from doing this, although it did delay it a bit. BIg strawberry nose leads into a first sip with the sweetness of the berries and the slight acidity of the apples. Jennifer already commented and we like to throw out there what the peeps have to say. Jennifer writes: “Tastes more like a beer than a cider but still really good. Good down smooth. Might have to stock up on this one so it lasts the summer”. I told her we’d make more, but hey why chance it. It’s super delicious, so who knows. Available now in all Cidercades and beginning to show up on store shelves, and in tasting rooms. If you like [or love] strawberries, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers y’all!

	Bishop Cider Co. - The Dark Cide Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% The Dark Cide is the perfect blend of our traditional cider and black currant. This unique combination creates a semi-sweet, but tart cider that can be enjoyed anywhere in the galaxy, especially the Mos Eisley Cantina where it's described as "Cidrerlicioush". So Luke, y'all come over to the dark cide.

Bishop Cider Co. - The Light Cide
Style: Cider
ABV: 4.00%

On one Cide we have the Dark, now on the other we have the Light. It’s lower in ABV, but with a really nice amount of flavor. AND... with only 97 calories, less than 1g of sugar and only 2g of carbs, it may be the first true light cider in the country. Think of The Light Cide as a session cider, easy on the ABV’s, calories, sugar and carbs, but big on flavor. There’s nothing in this one to obscure the taste of our absolutely incredible, pure apple cider. It’s basically apples, apples and more apples, and that’s exactly how it tastes. Nice, well balanced apple flavor throughout and a clean, dry finish at the end. And did we already say only 97 calories? No? Okeydokie... it only has 97 calories.
