Blue Blaze Brewing - Bantu Blaze Coffee Brown
Style: Coffee IPA
ABV: 4.50%

Made with all gluten-free ingredients, Bantu is an alcoholic beverage common throughout Africa that has been made with millet or sorghum. This 3.8% beer was brewed using 100% gluten-free ingredients, such as millet, oats, etc. and infused it with local Enderly Coffee Company so that it comes across superbly nice as a coffee brown ale without many of the sour notes that are typical of gluten-free beers.

Blue Blaze Brewing - Blueway Keller Pilsner
Style: Pilsner - German
ABV: 5.40%

Made with local malt from Carolina Malt House, Inc., German Hallertau Mittelfrüh noble hops, and German lager yeast. A keller beer is an unfiltered, unpasteurized beer from the Franconia region of Germany dating back at least a couple hundred years. Keller beer means 'cellar beer' in German and traditionally these beers were served through the summer directly from the cellar. A blueway is a water trail for boating such as canoes and kayaking.

B. MacKaye’s Hell Raisin’ Scotch Ale is a dark, malty brew. At 7.7% ABV, burnt caramel character breathes life into a rich and dominate sweet malt flavor finishing with mossy, peaty hoppiness that is so characteristic of Scotch ales. This beer is hard to put down and may cause you to do some hell raisin’ of your own.

ABV: 7.00%

A wet hop, harvest ale version of our Ursa Minor IPA on draft in an exclusively small batch. Seventy pounds of El Dorado hops were used in this great, little 7% IPA. In combination with the Columbus and Ekuanot hops, we have over 7 pounds of of them per barrel in this IPA. The balanced hop profile comes across as juicy, fruity, tropical, and herbal with a touch of earthiness.
