Style: Pale Ale
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 40.0

This West Coast Style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create this beer balance nicely with the Citra hops that are used. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a “hop head”, hop on!!!

Boneyard Beer Co. - Lotus Ascension
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.25% IBU: 45.0

Great minds think alike and make the best beer. When the Boneheads in the brewery were given an opportunity to collaborate together to create a new IPA, they wanted to break the mold and give you a beer that is a little less traditional. Selecting the finest malts and blending choice hops to create this masterpiece. One will find a brilliantly gold hued beer with aromatics of peach, apricot, honey, and orange citrus. Lighter in body this beer drinks smooth with subtle sweet malt notes that stretch in to the long finish.

Boneyard Beer Co. - Milano Italian Lager
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 25.0

Italian Pilsners came about when the idea was formed to take the traditional Czech style Pilsner and add a ton of hops to it. We collaborated with Birrificio Lambrate for a true Italian touch, and added Crystal Hops from Hop Head Farms in Michigan - to all stages of the batch. This lager is crisp and refreshing with a floral hoppiness aroma and finish.

	Boneyard Beer Co. - Notorious Style: Triple IPA ABV: 11.50% IBU: 80.0 This ale pours a clear amber color with a light white head. Huge grapefruit and pine aroma lead to flavors of citrus, tropical fruits and honey. Hops are abundant and explode from the glass while balancing amazingly well with the malts. So balanced in fact, it’s dangerous!

The latest addition to Boneyard’s growing family of beers – a 14-percent imperial stout, dubbed Suge Knite, and pronounced just like the infamous gangsta rap producer – is the Evander Holyfield of ales. Inspired by another oversize stout, the Dark Lord, from Indiana’s 3 Floyds brewery, with whom Boneyard Brewmaster Tony Lawrence previously collaborated on Boneyard’s Cascadian ale, Armored Fist.
