Boomtown Brewery - B-Side Hoppy Red
Style: Stout
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 32.0

This “red stout” is nitro carbonated. Our creation is a blend of a hoppy american red, american oatmeal stout, and an irish dry stout. The malt bill is made up of all malt from the uk. Marris otter provides a rich malty background that is layered with rolled oats, light and dark crystal malts and a blend of roasted malts to create a complex malt backbone. We then heavily hop this ale with east kent goldings, uk chalanger, and us cascades. Both full bodied and full of flavor, this ale finishes balanced and clean while not too filling due to the nitro carbonation.

Boomtown Brewery - Ingenue
Style: Blonde
ABV: 4.60% IBU: 16.0

This Blonde Ale is made with a blend of Belgian Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt and Rolled Oats. The mix of different grains provides a light grainy, yet complex background for the gentle interplay of the spicy Belgian yeast and the floral qualities of the Czech Saaz hops. This ale is light and dry on the palate, yet flavorful. This light ale is easy drinking yet classy.

	Boomtown Brewery - Limelight Style: American IPA ABV: 7.00% IBU: 70.0 Classic full and robust IPA made with a blend of Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Hoppy notes of guava, stone fruit and grapefruit are balanced with malty caramel tones and a solid yet clean bitterness. Not overly bitter, this is a big beer with big flavors.

Boomtown Brewery - Magic Napper
Style: Scottish Ale
ABV: 8.20% IBU: 36.0

Made with all British ingredients, the malt bill is a blend of pale, brown and caramel. This brew undergoes an extended boil to intensify the caramel aspects of the ale. The mix of sugars create a robust sweet malty base that is balanced by copious additions of East Kent Goldings hops to create a smooth and pleasant bitterness with soft marmalade notes.

The malt profile is rounded and bready like the Bohemian style but ends clean and dry like the German style.

Boomtown Brewery - Nosejob
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 58.0

Up to the time IPA, dry and not too bitter yet brimming with floral, citrus aroma. The nose is a blend of sweet citrus mixed with some deep fruity notes. This ale is hoppy up front, yet finishes with a nice balance between light malt sweetness and a clean solid bittering. At 7% it is not a session beer, but it is designed to be palatable for extended drinking pleasure. 40 is the new 30, and IPA is the new Lager.

This is our first version of a session IPA. Straight forward with both the hops and the malt: Pilsner malt and El Dorado hops. This new variety of hops has a distinct aroma which is piney with hint of leeche fruit. The flavor is more reminiscent of watermelon rind and dragon fruit. Dry, hoppy and easy drinkability are the hallmarks of this session ale.
