Smoothie Style Sour Ale • 6.8% ABV • This Berry Cheesecake-inspired Smoothie Sour is a collaborative mind-meld with the North Dakotan Smoothie-masters at Drekker Brewing! We recirculated the base liquid over granola to build a cheesecake-crust flavor, then pushed it through fresh coconut for a soft, sweet lushness. We added an insane amount of raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry to Drekker's suggested secret ingredient of plum puree, and finished it all with cream cheese for a savory-sweet creaminess that builds with each sip.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Coconut & Ube Stout • 13% ABV • We're still tripping with another small-batch Tripping Animals Collaboration! We built this small-batch offering on our favorite four barrels of the Tripping Animals Imperial Stout collaboration base -- the velvetiest, most inherently chocolate-forward of the whole lot -- then finished it with mountains of fresh and toasted coconut and ube! Warm aromas of coconut and fresh pastries melt into a rich and velvety experience on the palate, where the soft sweetness of coconut melds with the nutty vanilla flavors of ube. Its thick and silky, coconut-laden mouthfeel is beautifully balanced by the underlying bourbon, oak, and chocolate tones from the selective blend

BBA Pistachio Ice Cream-inspired Imperial Stout • 12.08% ABV • We spared no expense in the recreation of this fan-favorite collaboration with the mad scientists at Aslin Beer Company! A new species of lactose stout base underwent advanced bourbon barrel-aging with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. We then blended it with the DNA of fresh pistachios and, bingo: Pistachio Ice Cream Stout!

This beer honors the mysterious legacy of The Ghost Army, a secret US Army Unit comprised of artists, set designers, filmmakers, and sound engineers. These creatives used a combination of spoof radio, sound effects, and visual deceptions like rubber airplanes and inflatable tanks to save tens of thousands of Allied soldiers' lives by staging more than twenty battlefield deceptions between 1944 and 1945.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout • 14.5% ABV • This three-vanilla bean blend is the grand finale of our Fundamental Coordinates vanilla showcase series. The base liquid is a diligently selected blend of Fundamental Observation 2019 for a little extra-aged complexity and Double Mash Fundamental Observation brews from 2020 for a chewy, silky body. Once our favorite casks were selected, they were aged with a combination of Cook Island, Comoros, and Costa Rican vanilla. Floral aromas (Cook Island) melt into sun-soaked dates and raisin on the mid-palate (Costa Rica), with a nutty, brown butter-chocolate finish (Comoros).

Aromas of sweet, dark cacao, bourbon-soaked oak, and an increasing walnut richness as the liquid comes to ambient temperature. On the palate there's a bitter Baker's chocolate backbone, reminiscent of that perfect crispy corner piece of brownie with a silky finish of walnutty richness.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Nutella-Inspired Imperial Stout • 14% ABV • We had the remarkable fortune to source a freshly-dumped set of Old Rip Van Winkle bourbon barrels late last year and knew the fudgey, toasted nut tones of this remarkable bourbon would be the perfect host for a liquid expression of the world's favorite hazelnut spread. After 14 months in barrels, we pushed this Imperial Stout through Guatemalan cacao nibs to further enhance its velvety, milk chocolate flavor and finished it with hundreds of pounds of toasted hazelnuts. A beautiful bite of vanilla-hued oak and a warming heat on the 14% exhale keep the rich legacy of these special barrels at the forefront of this Stasis Project release.

These lightly roasted Filipino nibs were the no-contest favorite, selected and lavishly applied here for their outrageously rich flavors reminiscent of chocolate ice cream, Crunch bars, and malt balls!

West Coast-Style DIPA • 8.5% ABV • Eve's finished another piece of the Hoptomotron project, just in time to close out the year! Shock Bracer was brewed and generously dry hopped (5.5lbs/BBL!) with Mosaic and Strata hops. Melon-driven aromatics that open the palate with notes of cantaloupe, guava, and mango and close with a moderate orange-pithy bitterness. Medium-bodied and mouthwatering!

Style: Double Hazy IPA
ABV: 9.00% IBU: 40.0

Hazy DIPA • 9% ABV • Light straw color with a heavy haze and just a light amount of white foam. Big tropical aromas of mango, papaya, passionfruit, and melon. Mild sweetness at the tip of the tongue with moderate bitterness mid-palate. The 9% ABV is warming, but well incorporated into the medium+ body and lingering sweetness.
