Coppery blond with many fine hop aromas, the "Moinette blonde" is a very refreshing beer, thanks to its subtle balance between sweet, bitter and fruity. The selection of our yeasts gives this beer its typical aroma and taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which continues for a long time in your cellar, results in a complex taste and harmonious bouquet.

	Brasserie Dupont - Moinette brune Style: Belgian Strong Dark ABV: 8.50% A melange of 4 special malts results into this unusual colour, light darkbrown going into russet. The aromas of hop and special malts are creating the dominating taste in this beer. The "Moinette brune" combines a slightly bitterness with a fruity touch.

Brasserie Dupont - Monk's Stout Dupont

The Monk's Stout Dupont is part of the history of the Brasserie Dupont . Indeed, in the 1950s , there had occurred. The goal is to relive that moment stout retaining the name and the visual of the time. Established in 2011, this black beer is characterized by a dry , bitter taste . The use of roasted malts gives it a rather strong taste of coffee and chocolate. Hop aromas remain very noticeable. High fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle.

This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle. Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time. Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel. Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quenchener with no equal, just the way it was created.

Brasserie Dupont - Saison Dupont Dry Hopping
Style: Saison
ABV: 6.50%

his year, three distinctive hop varieties were selected. For the dry hopping, brews were made from the “Styrian Eureka” variety, grown in Slovenia. The result is a coppery, blond beer, dry and refreshing with sustained bitterness. The use of Styrian Eureka in Dry Hopping intensifies the fruity notes (mainly white fruits and citrus - mainly grapefruit) and gives the beer a perfume of fresh hops.
