Bristol Brewing - Beehive
Style: Honey Ale
ABV: 4.40% IBU: 16.0

Definitely sunshine in a glass. Beehive is a joy to drink, with its beautiful honey-gold color and refreshing, full-flavored body. For our version of the classic American Wheat, we use less two-row and more Munich malt for depth, and soften the edges with the lightness of wheat. Local Black Forest honey adds character without sweetness.

	Bristol Brewing - Belgian Wit Style: Witbier ABV: 5.20% IBU: 17.0 A scrumptious beer that will beguile even the most tentative of craft beer drinkers. Flaked red wheat, flaked oats, and pilsen malt combine to create its traditional white gold color. Coriander and orange peel give it a little Belgian mojo and an extremely refreshing palate.

	Bristol Brewing - Cherry Sour Style: Sour ABV: 5.60% IBU: 24.0 This tasty treat started life as a malty brown ale, to which our brewers added layers of flavor with pureed cherries and lactobacillus. The result is a clean, succulent sour with hints of cherry and malt undertones-for a winter beer that’s bright and interesting, but still sturdy enough to chase away the chill.

From its subtle nutty undertones to its prominent malt profile, this piñon nut brown ale is hearty, yet quite approachable. By combining roasted piñon nuts, just a hint of hops, and a nice, round malt component, our brewers bring together a tasty triad of flavors for this smooth, roasty brown ale. One of our Community Ales, 100% of the profits from this beer go to the Friends of Cheyenne Cañon.

	Bristol Brewing - Compass IPA Nitro Style: American IPA ABV: 5.90% IBU: 55.0 This is an ale with zip. Our india pale ale brings together copious amounts of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops in a tasty combination that lingers through the finish and beyond. Compass delivers big hop flavor with malt in a nice supporting role. Served on Nitro tap.

Bristol Brewing - Ivywild School

Despite the splash of bright tangerine and grapefruit that hits you at first sip, no fruit were harmed in the making of this beer. In fact, our tropical pale ale’s lush aroma and flavor is purely derived from the abundance of fruit-forward hop varieties we added late in the brewing process. Not a lot from the malt department here, just another juicy day in hop paradise.

Bristol Brewing - Knob Hill Station
Style: Rye IPA
ABV: 9.00% IBU: 70.0

Imperial RyePA is not an officially sanctioned beer style, so we got a kick out of tweaking this one. We started with a simple malt bill, with 25% rye for a little spice and a crisp finish. Simcoe highlights the hop profile, adding a nice earthy bitterness that really shines against the malt backdrop. Imperials are meant to be bigger beers, and Knob Hill follows suit with a 9% ABV, 70 IBUs, and plenty of tasty character.

Bristol Brewing - Mango Golden Sour

As those who understand the intricacies of brewing technique will know, brewing a kettle sour allows for more control as the brewer creates the nuances of flavor he or she wishes to achieve in a sour. To craft this beer, our brewers brought together wheat and barley, mango puree, our house kolsch yeast--and of course, a carefully selected strain of lactobacillus to do the heavy lifting.

	Bristol Brewing - Mass Transit Ale Style: Red Ale ABV: 5.10% IBU: 21.0 Like the bus on its label, Mass Transit has a mellow vibe and a fiercely loyal following of fans. Based on the amber style, this is a dependable session beer that simply delivers superb flavor. Crystal, Carapils, Victory and Vienna specialty malts give this ale its rich auburn color and easygoing nature.

Vienna and Munich malts give our Octoberfest a toasty, dry flavor and ruddy color that warm the heart when the leaves begin to fall.

	Bristol Brewing - Roggenbier Style: Roggenbier ABV: 4.90% IBU: 12.0 The tastiest beer you've never heard of, Roggenbier is a German style of rye ale that dates all the way back to Medieval times. Bristol's version offers a nice, bready sweetness, with 50% rye malt for spice. A sessionable ABV and an uber-refreshing flavor profile make this one the star of the spring patio.

Bristol Brewing - Venetucci Pumpkin Ale

This ale starts with 'Baby Pam' pumpkins grown on Venetucci Farm, picked by brewery staff, family, and friends, and roasted right after picking. Our brewers blend a variety of malts, adding the roasted pumpkin to the mash for just a hint of pumpkin flavor. Then the brew is mingled with subtle spicing and a touch of hops to create a malty treat that just says "autumn".

Bright gold in color, this pilsner harkens back to its true European origins with a flavor that's light and refreshing, yet absolutely memorable. Pilsen barley lends a traditional malt component, while fine Czech and German hops add a nice snap.
