This collaboration with White Oak Brewing out of Bloomington/Normal is a classic British Bitter featuring East Kent Goldings hops and a new malt variety out of the UK, Heritage Marris Otter Crystal. This super-rich malt drives this beer’s copper color, while providing some dark caramel and toffee notes. Our house English Ale yeast provides just enough fruity esters to round out this very traditional representation of a classic style.
