C Squared Ciders - Drake

Drake is an English-American Hybrid Cider made with heritage Chisel Jersey apples. Chisel Jersey is a cultivar of cider apples that originated in the Somerset region of England and are bittersweet, meaning the apples are high in tannins and sugars, and low in malic acid. Drake was fermented slow and cold, using a mixed culture English yeast, and was then aged in neutral American oak for 8 months. 5g residual sugar per Liter.
