Tea sours combine the intensity of sours with the calm of tea. The base beer is our sour sparkling ale - fermented with a blend of wild wine yeast, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus. Next we add a blend of hibiscus and chamomile teas - creating a refreshingly tart and aromatically complex beer. Notes of bright red fruits, honest and pineapple. Blur the line between beer and wine (and tea!).

Calicraft Brewing Co. - Barrel Project: Sour Zinfandel
Style: Sour
ABV: 8.50% IBU: 24.0

We took the refinement out of the barrel and brought the funk from the farm. Using wild wine yeast strain straight from the vineyard and pomace straight from press, we infuse this sour ale with Dry Creek Valley zinfandel skins. Tart and jammy, juicy but dry. It starts fruit-forward with notes of bright red berries and finishes with wood spice and soft tannins. Blur the line between beer and wine.

Calicraft Brewing Co. - Buzzerkeley
Style: Sparkling Ale
ABV: 7.70% IBU: 7.0

Buzzerkeley blurs the line between beer and wine. In the free spirit of Berkeley, it's a whole new category we call Sparkling Ale. Champagne yeast and California star thistle honey create an ale that's subtly tart and dry with hints of plum and spice. It's our limit-pushing tribute to the cover beer-crafting that began in Blaine's UC Berkeley dorm room and nearly got him kicked out.

Coast is the taste of California. It's a brew for the bracing waves of NorCal or the sunny summers of SoCal. Mt. Shasta-grown malt adds body, while Noble and Crystal hops give it a bright, crisp, refreshing finish. Like the Golden State, this sessionable Kolsch is laid-back but complex. It's going from slopes to shore in just a few hours. Drink what you love about Cali.

Cool Kidz IPA, featuring all the cool hops! Our take on the modern-day, juicy IPA. Mosaic and Citra hops burst from the glass, bringing loads of bright citrus and ripe tropical aromatics. A malt bill filled with oats gives smooth body and balances the hops - giving a juice like impression and minimal bitterness. Move over standard IPAs, there’s a new kid on the block!

Style: Wheat
ABV: 6.20%

Part hazy beer - part sparkling ale - part wheat. We started with a malt bill full of wheat and oats for a juicy texture. Then we fermented the beer with a wine yeast for floral aromatics and a slight tart finish. Finally we add 450 lbs of guavas and 150 lbs of pinot gris juice. Guava Trees starts with ripe guavas and a juicy mouthfeel. However the beer finishes with a dry white wine acidity.

Calicraft Brewing Co. - Oaktown
Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 6.70%

Not your traditional brown ale. This is a big, bad, bold brown. It’s the intersection of a cabernet and an IPA. Or, say, 19th and Broadway. A blend of three oaks added during fermentation creates a red wine-like structure. California Cascade hops bring the local flavor that goes from roasted and bitter on first swig to a soulful, chocolate finish. Generally speaking, not for wussies. But who are we to say?

	Calicraft Brewing Co. - Raspberry Lemon Spritzer Style: Hard Seltzer ABV: 5.00% Raspberry and Meyer Lemon Hard Fruit Spritzer. Fresh like a cocktail, complex like a wine. Fruit forward, but dry. Bright Rose'-like wine notes with subtle lemon essence in the finish. Gluten free and 100 calories.

Calicraft Sparkling Rserve is a new type of beverage. Neither beer or wine, this sparkling ale pushes the boundaries. Chenin Blanc and Viognier white wine grape skins are blended with our house sparkling ale. Wild wine yeasts found on the grape skins add floral complexity. Aromas of nectarine, pear, and quince are backed by a bright lemony acidity.
