This full bodied ale is a liquid embodiment of Black Forest Cake. Generous additions of Tahitian Vanilla, TCHO Cacao Nibs & both Sweet and Tart Cherry were added to this rich stout. This big stout has the perfect flavor combination that will keep you reaching for a glass any time of day. We added Oregon Fruit Products sweet cherry puree in the fermenter to add extra complexity to the chocolatey notes of the malt and contrast the roasty notes of the coffee. We also upped the ante by doubling the amount of coffee that went into this stout, letting it's complex notes reign supreme in the decadent beast. The beer is full in body and jet black in color with a frothy, light-mocha head.

The yeast we used teams up with lactose to create a creamy milkshake of a beer. Pleasantly mild bitterness and juicy hop notes burst through with flavors of the orange peel we added to the whirlpool. OMG Becky...look at this Stout! It’s just so big...and round. This full-bodied Pastry Stout will fulfill your every dessert beer fantasy. We started by making a thicc-bodied sweet stout with big additions of lactose. We then toasted both coconut and almonds in house to get all of the delicious flavors out of those ingredients. Lastly we layered in some vanilla and cacao nibs to be the icing on the cake. The nose of the beer presents notes of marshmallow and toasted coconut, while the palate of this sweet treat has layers of flavor from decadent chocolate to rich vanilla. It pours jet black with a light mocha colored head.

Prepare your tastebuds for an invasion of flavor! Super Villain Nanobots is a delicious Double IPA that packs a punch of tropical and citrus flavors. We added hoppy nanobots (aka hops) that provide notes of orange marmalade and cantaloupe! This superbly villainous hop bomb has lingering flavors of fuzzy peaches, wildflower honey and sumo citrus on the palate. While it has solid bitterness the beer is balanced by layers light maltiness that provide a backbone to showcase the beauty of these evil hops!

Chapman Crafted Beer - Thiolator
Style: Triple IPA
ABV: 9.60% IBU: 90.0

Thiolator expresses hops to their fullest extent. We use hops in the mash, throughout the kettle and multiple rounds of dry-hopping for a complete hop experience. We ferment Thiolator with "Star Party" from Omega Yeast Labs which releases aromatic thiol compounds present in the wort from both grain and hops. These compounds accent already tropical and dank Strata, Citra and Mosaic hops with notes of passion fruit and guava.

Chapman Crafted Beer - Thirsty Howell
Style: Coconut Ale
ABV: 6.60% IBU: 12.0

Thirsty Howell is a Coconut Ale that is slightly amber in appearance. Aromatics of coconut flesh and flavors of cocoa powder were accomplished by adding fresh shredded coconut and cacao directly into the bright tank. Somewhat reminiscent of a Samoa cookie but without the sweetness, this brew has a very balanced malt profile. The medium body in this beer showcases nicely with its dry finish.

Chapman Crafted Beer - Zodiac Series: Taurus
Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 20.0

For our second addition of our Zodiac series we got in the Taurus spirit and grabbed some bags of hops by the horns for this Hazy IPA. A huge dry hop was the focus of this beer and we used some of our favorites; Citra, Mosaic & Strata. These hops gave us big notes of pineapple, apricot and mango on the nose. These flavors cross over to the palate of the beer with added notes of lychee, white tea & tangerine. The look of the beer is a light and opaque yellow in color with a fluffy white head. It is a medium bodied beer with a nice smooth texture and has mild bitterness on the finish.
