Chimay 150 was brewed to celebrate the 150th birthday of the brewery based at the Abbey de Scourmont. Chimay 150 is a strong, blond beer that is refreshing and fruity, tasty and intense. Its mint, bergamot, lime and eucalyptus aromas are enhanced by a touch of invigorating ginger. Its mellow, rounded body and smoky, spicy flavour is typical of Chimay beers. Brewed with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, a secret spice is added to produce this unique taste.

With an intense fusion of bouquet, rich body and complex citrus notes, this is the REAL champagne of beers; aged for up to 5 years upright in a cool environment. Its complex flavor improves with passing time.

Chimay - Chimay Red Cap
Style: Belgian Dubbel
ABV: 7.00%

The Chimay Red Cap, or "Première" is the oldest of the Chimays. This Trappist beer possesses a beautiful coppery colour that makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a slight fruity apricot smell from the fermentation. The aroma felt in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruit nuances revealed to the sense of smell.

	Chimay - Chimay Triple Style: Tripel ABV: 8.00% The Chimay Triple, last-born of the Abbey, is of a golden colour, the Trappist beer combines sweet and bitter in a rare balance. The beer's aroma felt in the mouth comes from the hops' perfumes: above all, they are fruity touches of Muscat grapes and raisins, even ripe apples.

Chimay - Cinq Cents
Style: Belgian Tripel
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 36.0

The Cinq Cents was first brewed in 1966 by reverend Father Theodore and it was his final contribution to the Chimay line of beers. It was formerly known as “White Cap” and no other brew has been created since. Cinq Cents translates to 500, honoring the 500th anniversary of the Principality of Chimay whose support made the founding of the Scourmont Abbey possible in 1850. Chimay Cinq Cents has a typical golden color, a slightly hazy appearance topped with a fine foam which releases a bouquet of fruity esters and floral-hop aromas. Mellow flavors of muscat, golden raisins and fresh bread are perfectly balanced by the distinct hoppy bitterness.

Chimay - Red Premiere
Style: Belgian Dubbel
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 19.0

Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant astringency which complements the flavor qualities of this beer very harmoniously.
