Chuckanut Brewery - Dunkel Lager
Style: Munich Dunkel
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 22.0

Dunkels, including Chuckanut’s, are typically a deep reddish-brown color, capped by an impressively sturdy tan head. As in all lagers, the flavors in Dunkel are produced directly by the ingredients; in this case some of the malts have been roasted, giving Dunkel toffee, chocolate, coffee, and even licorice notes. There is just enough bitterness to balance out the malt.

Chuckanut Brewery - Fest Bier 2019

In the early days, the beer consumed during Oktoberfest was the rich, copper-colored lager known as Marzen. But in recent years, the official Oktoberfest lager has morphed into a lighter, golden lager with a moderate malty sweetness and a clean, balancing bitterness. Chuckanut Fest bier emphasizes the use of Vienna malts for a smooth, quaffable fest beer you can drink over and over again toasting multiple times. Prost!

Chuckanut Brewery - Kolsch
Style: Kolsch

Kolsch is a top-fermented ale, a throwback to the days before lagers took over the Germanic world. Kolsch offers the simple pleasures of a well crafted beer. It is very pale, the aromatics are a light mélange of hops, malt, and fruit. The Kolsch Beer maintains a bitterness that is quite restrained, although the palate is light-bodied and bone-dry, with a soft malt flavor in the center giving way to a drying, slightly acidic finish. Smoothness is conferred by one to two months of cold conditioning. Kolsch makes an excellent replacement for Stella Artois beer drinkers! Subtle flavors with a unique yeast strain direct from Cologne make this an authentic Kolsch style beer.

In the city of Cologne they drink and brew Kolsch Beer and the brewers’ guild has protected it since 1254. Kölsch is a top-fermented ale, a throwback to the days before lagers took over the Germanic world. Kölsch offers the simple pleasures of a well crafted beer. Chuckanut’s Genuine Pilsner is a thing of beauty; it is delicate, sharp, flavorful, aromatic, and appetizing. Pilsner’s cold fermentation leaves the beer clear and bright after its long aging process. High levels of natural carbonation in Chuckanut Pilsner result fromthe aging process, creating a pillowy white head on top of the golden liquid.

	Chuckanut Brewery - Vienna Lager Style: Vienna Lager ABV: 5.50% IBU: 20.0 Brewed with half Vienna malts creating a delicate malt aroma with a slightly caramelized and toasted malt character. The beer finishes clean and crisp. Chuckanut Vienna Lager won a Gold Medal at the national Great American Beer Festival 2009, 2010, and a Silver Medal in 2012.
