IPA No.16 is a refreshing blend of juicy and floral. Brewed in honour of International Women’s day, the nose is fragrant while retaining a strong backbone of hoppy aromatics. The complex hop blend was designed by the Pink Boots Society, an organization created to assist, inspire, and encourage women in the beer Industry, and lends a subtle floral sweetness. The beer finishes with an effervescent pop of pithy grapefruit for an elevated IPA with a distinct and striking flavour combination.

Regular Citra combines with Citra CRYO, Citra INCOGNITO and Citra SPECTRUM for sweet, fruity aromas of bright grapefruit and orange citrus, with flavours of lemon meringue pie combined with juicy tropical fruits.

At a crushable 6.7% its a sunset golden color, this floral citrusy IPA is the perfect beer to pair with the end of a summer day.

Our boys from KEX Brewing in Reykjavik bring a unique taste of Icelandic flavours to this Origin of Darkness. They brought with them some Icelandic Cocao Nibs from Omnom Chocolate and Sea Salt from SaltVerk. We added these ingredients to the bourbon barrels with vanilla and lactose, to give a mouth watering combination of dark chocolate and vanilla, with an enjoyably salty finish.
