Its been way too long. Welcome back our Weissbier for Oktoberfest 2023. Bavarian-style Wheat ale. Our second iteration of Weissbier was brewed with a blend of German Wheat and Pilsner malt as well as an exceptional Bavarian yeast strain. The result is a pleasantly full-bodied beer with notes of clove, spice, and ripe banana.

Debuted at the World Beer Festival 2020. This session Norwegian-style IPA is built for the trail. Propped with an all-locally sourced malt bill, and a ginormous amount of Cashmere, Citra, and Azacca hops. The result yields an aroma that's dominated by notes of citrus and white wine, with fruitified flavors of peach candy ring, pineapple, and lime.

Brewed with a blend of 100% German malt, German hops, and a sprinkling of Colorado Blue Spruce. A delicate nose of spruce, bread crust, and a touch of egg-y sulfur pervades while, lemon, honey, sourdough, and spruce dance across the palate.
