Our annual release of Brew’s Banner, a monstrous Triple Hazy IPA. This years brew has over 400lbs or hops (Around 17lbs per barrel between boil, whirlpool, and the four dry hop additions) and features Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Heavy notes of juicy pink pineapple accented by bright tangerine zest, Mexican guavas, and passion fruit. A sweeter finish supports the tropical vibes while hiding the 10.2% ABV.

Coppertail’s Independent Pilsner (5.1 ABV) is a traditional German Pilsner brewed with top quality Pilsen-style malted barley, German Fantasia and TNT hops, and lots of flavor. It features subtle bready notes, a crisp hop character and a clean finish. Most importantly, Independent Pilsner contains absolutely no rice, corn, syrups or other adjuncts.

A Florida Weisse is a decidedly more flavorful take on the tart, wheat beer originally brewed in Germany, called Berliner Weisse. We create the sharp tart flavors in our brew kettle just as they originally did in Berlin, but as the beer matures we add loads of fresh fruit or other flavors to create a taste profile that is distinictly Floridian.
