On the nose, we've captured the intense aromas of passion fruit, ripe citrus, honey and peaches. In the mouth it is well balanced with a fresh acidity that makes Albariño such a versatile food wine.

	Dancing Coyote - Gruner Veltliner Style: Gruner Veltliner ABV: 13.00% Grüner is extremely versatile with food. any food you think goes well with Chardonnay, usually goes better with Grüner - roasted chicken, pork loin, seafood, especially lobster, scallops and shrimp, and almost every vegetable. Try it as an aperitif before dinner with a variety of cheeses.

	Dancing Coyote - Petite Sirah Style: Petite Sirah ABV: 14.80% This wine is in no way petite – it’s big, inky and luscious. With baked blackberry and spicy smoked hickory, there is no shortage of flavor. It has the perfect mouth feel of chewy tannins, yet finishes surprisingly smooth for a Petite Sirah

	Dancing Coyote - Rosé of Pinot Noir Style: Rosé ABV: 13.50% This light-bodied Rosé invites you in with its beautiful salmon color. It is bone dry, but full of fruit flavors. The flavors are fresh rose petals, watermelon and strawberry, with a refreshingly crisp acidity. The wine is bone dry, but full of fruit flavors that create a wonderfully rich mouth feel.
