Vacation is a delicately balanced, authentic Kolsch style ale brewed with the finest German malts, hops and yeast to provide a crisp, clean and refreshing match for summer relaxation. Vacation is a 5.0% ABV, 20 IBU limited release that was originally brewed to coincide with the brewery’s traditional summer holiday week where we shut down the production brewery and all take some much enjoyed time off.
