For our 20th anniversary, we brewed the owners favorite style, Schwarzbier! During Oktoberfest, this beer fits the season perfectly. With the color of black coffee, this lager offers a short molasses and slightly nutty aroma followed by a thin, not too full body that goes down easy. With dark chocolate, coffee grounds, and molasses flavors, it finishes very well rounded and clean.

Meet the newest in the Brite Futures Series, Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale. This new brew brings something completely new to the table. A complex aroma with moderate spiciness and fruity esters introduces a marriage of spicy, and fruity flavors supported by a soft, rounded grainy-sweet malt impression, with light honey notes. Brewed with Trappist yeast and Belgian candi sugar.

A highfalutin hazy for all occasions. If It Ain't Baroque asks, "Why fix something that isn't broken?" When we wrote the recipe for this brew, we decided to keep it simple with ingredients but complex in process. If It Ain't Baroque pours and opaque, tangerine color with a deceivingly lighter mouthfeel and is thoughtfully handcrafted with Simcoe and Mosaic hops for a refreshing peachy-orange flavor and dry finish.
