Cruzer Weisse is our Santa Cruz version of Berliner Weisse, a traditional Northern German style fermented with both yeast and lactobacillus. In Berlin, some drinkers add sugar syrups to counter act the sourness, but we embrace the gentle tartness of our kettle-soured Cruzer Weisse.
