Early Journey is a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) beer featuring Organic Maiden Voyage malt from the newly opened Admiral Maltings in Alameda, CA. We pair this toasty, biscuity pale malt with experimental X-117 hops from The Oregon Hop House. This hop's grassy, earthy notes pair beautifully with the malt and together make for an exceptional pale ale!
