Sitting by the creek, we launch flat rocks and watch them skip. We could do this all day. Rock Skip is a "Session IPA." It has the bitter bite and hoppy aroma of an IPA, but with significantly lower alcohol, so you can enjoy more of it! We dry hop this beer with Centennial and Cascade for a floral/citrus aroma.
