Dragoon Brewing Co. - Buffy
Style: Barrel Aged Barleywine
ABV: 11.10% IBU: 84.0

Buffy is the 3rd version of our barrel-aged American barleywine. We use different barrels each batch. Each time we brew this, we start the fermentation with American Ale yeast, then chill the beer to halt the process before it finishes. We then rack to barrels and pitch with Brettanomyces to bring it back to life. The result is a soft, complex, toasty and slightly chocolatey delight, with just a bit of alcohol warmth.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Can Crush
Style: American Light Lager
ABV: 5.40%

Can Crush is a beautifully simple American Lager, developed by our Packaging Manager (Carl Case). It celebrates his crowning achievement in his 4 year tenure at Dragoon Brewing Company: the day he got to crash his bike head-on into a 9 foot tall pallet of empty defective cans (that's 6,224 cans, but who's counting?). Enjoy Can Crush outside with anything that comes off the grill, or after a long bike ride. Don't forget to recycle!

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Dragoon IPA
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 83.0

This is a true West Coast IPA–it is pale in color, with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content (about 7.3% abv) and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes.

	Dragoon Brewing Co. - Flashdance Style: India Pale Lager ABV: 6.10% IBU: 45.0 Flashdance is a recipe that's been in the works since Wes celebrated his 1st year in the brewhouse. It is a bright, hoppy lager, made with a blend of Euro and North American malts, and tons of hops grown in the Pacific Northwest.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Frosty Friends
Style: Red IPA
ABV: 6.70% IBU: 56.0

Frosty Friends is a bright, hoppy, Red IPA that we brewed to celebrate our friendship with Finley Distributing. It's made from a mix of medium dark and pale crystal malts, malted oats and a touch of black malt, then hopped up with Southern Hemisphere hops -- Ella, Green Bullet and Vic Secret. It has a solid malt backbone, but positively popping with a fruity, tropical and slightly spicy hop aroma.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Half Moon
Style: Dunkelweizen
ABV: 4.50% IBU: 15.0

alf Moon Dunkel Weisse is a traditional German-style dark wheat beer, named after Half Moon Tank in the Dragoon mountains. It’s brewed with White Sonora Wheat and Midnight Malted Wheat, along with Munich, Wheat, and English Crystal Malts. It’s perfect for a Southern Arizona fall–bready and malty, with just a touch of spice and banana fruitiness.

	Dragoon Brewing Co. - Isle of You Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 8.40% IBU: 75.0 This is a big, bold IPA brewed with 2-row, medium crystal malts, flaked barley and a touch of black malt for a reddish hue. We hopped it in the kettle and fermenter with Simcoe, Bravo, and Centennial, to give it a fruity, citrusy hop character.

	Dragoon Brewing Co. - Monsooner Style: Dortmunder ABV: 5.50% IBU: 30.0 This pale, crisp, Dortmunder-style lager is a contemporary recreation of a classic style. It is made simply from German Pilsner, Vienna and Chit malt—with liberal doses of German Magnum, Opal and Perle hops. The flavor is well balanced between sweet, bready malt and bright herbal hop character.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Munichorn
Style: Dunkel
ABV: 5.60% IBU: 24.0

The Munichorn is a creature rare and delicious--well worth seeking out. It is a dark, Munich-style lager (or Dunkel) made from dark Munich malt, and just ein bisschen of black and acidulated malt. A smattering of hops round things out, leaving a decidedly malt-balanced (yet still crisp) lager that's about damn perfect for the fall.

	Dragoon Brewing Co. - Ojo Blanco Style: Belgian-Style Wit Bier ABV: 5.60% IBU: 11.0 A traditional Belgian-style wit bier, our version is light bodied, finishes dry, and features a spicy clove-banana flavor and aroma profile. It is brewed with a touch of spice (coriander, lime and cumin) for complexity and is unfiltered, which leaves it beautifully hazy.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Saison Blue
Style: Saison
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 24.0

In the spirit of traditional Belgian farmhouse ales, Saison Blue is brewed mostly from malted barley but with sizable contributions from regional ingredients (traditionally wheat, spelt, or buckwheat). In our case, we happen to use blue corn and blue agave nectar. It is then lightly dry-hopped with American and European hops for a bright, herbal and floral finish. To us, it represents a link between old-world brewing traditions and new-world processes and ingredients. At the end of the day, this beer is bone dry, light bodied and quite refreshing, but features a spicy, complex flavor and aroma profile.

Style: Golden Ale
ABV: 4.90% IBU: 15.0

Santa Cruz'R is a pale, refreshing golden ale brewed with bright citrusy hops and lightly bready malts. It falls a bit outside of defined styles -- lighter than a pale ale and hoppier than a blonde -- but with it's low abv and crisp finish, Santa Cruz'R makes for a bright and flavorful session beer. Pairs well with lunch, bike rides, and a spring breeze.

	Dragoon Brewing Co. - Stronghold Session Style: Session Ale ABV: 4.80% IBU: 26.0 This beer starts at a relatively low gravity, and thus finishes with a low alcohol content. Make no mistake though, it is by no means a light beer. It is rich with roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, and a touch of herbal hop flavors.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Tartan 479
Style: Blonde Ale
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 20.0

Tartan 479 is a Belgian-Style Blonde Ale, brewed as a fundraiser for the Tucson Fire Department's Pipes and Drums Corps. A portion of every keg, growler and pint sold by Dragoon goes to help the Pipes and Drums in their mission of honoring their fallen brothers and sisters. It's available on draft in our taproom and at select bars and restaurants in the Tucson area. It is made from a blend of North American 2-Row and German pils malts, with a bit of Vienna Malt and unmalted barley. It is lightly dry-hopped with Cascade and Sterling hops and is fermented with a Belgian Abbey ale yeast. The result is a balanced Blonde ale--bready and toasty, with a lightly spicy sweetness and subtle fruity hop nose.

Dragoon Brewing Co. - Whetstone Wheat
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.20% IBU: 15.0

Whetstone Wheat is built on a base of Pilsner pilsner malt, with malted and raw local wheat for support, with just a dash of hop character from both Cascade and Hallterau hops for balance. The traditional Bavarian yeast strain we chose provides a distinctive banana and clove character. Pair it with beet and goat cheese salad, brats mit kraut, or a sportsmatch game featuring your favorite teamsters.
