A collaboration with Mike Hess.The Belgian Table Beer is a pale, light-bodied beer with fruity-spicy yeast character, spicy-floral hops, and a soft rounded malt palate. It refreshes with its drinkability while providing plenty of flavor from yeast esters and Czech Saaz hops. We added a little extra zest to our version of this beer with some black, red, and green peppercorns and also some fresh coriander seeds.

This Double IPA is brewed with Wheat to give it a pale white color and a slight sweetness in the finish. At its core this is a hop forward beer, bitter and heavily dry-hopped with a combination of Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. This blend of hops imparts notes of Spice, Citrus, and Pine in the aroma. A deceivingly drinkable beer despite its high alcohol content.

The new graphic novel 'Drawing Blood' is the result of years of notes and sketches fermenting in the mind of Kevin Eastman (creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). With an origin story like that, it only felt right to put our heads together with him and pay homage to this brilliant new publication with a collaboration beer. The result is this delicious Belgian Witbier flavored with real blood oranges, hibiscus flowers, coriander and orange peel. The result is a "blood" tinged ale with light notes of crisp citrus, spice and wheat." "A classic Belgian Witbier with a major plot twist: the addition of blood oranges, hibiscus flowers, orange peel and coriander gives this beer prominent berry and floral notes with a hint of citrus. A pleasant lightness with a clean, dry finish make this a beautiful summer pint."

We took some of the finest local orange blossom honey we could find to craft this delicious ale, coming in at 6.9% ABV and just 15 IBUs. Expect a beautiful honey aroma and flavor with a nice dry finish. And you can feel philanthropic in your sweet intoxication because this year a portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to Planet Bee Foundation. Drink This and save the bees!

	Duck Foot Brewing - Dry Stout Style: Irish Dry Stout ABV: 5.10% IBU: 26.0 A classic example of this Irish-born, dark but creamy, roasty ale. Notes of chocolate and coffee-with-cream will linger in your mouth, but not for long as the roasted malts in the recipe help dry it out and leave pleasant flavors without any cloying sweetness. This beer is dark, but not at all strong at only 5.1% ABV.

Our West Coast IPA is both light and refreshing and big on flavor and aroma. Coming in at 6.5%, we rounded the body with Caramelized malts to balance out the bitterness from our kettle hops. Once fermentation is complete we blast it with a generous amount of Simcoe hops (in the dry hop) to give it a combination of citrus and pine aroma and flavor. A very drinkable beer brewed to the West Coast Style of IPA.

	Duck Foot Brewing - Farm to Pale Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 4.70% Not just gluten-free, but all organic too! We sourced only the finest organic brewing ingredients for this beer but spared no flavor. Brewed with pure organic Pale Malt and organic Chinook, Mosaic, Azacca and Gargoyle hops. This Pale Ale is a crushable 4.7% ABV but there’s plenty of flavor from the huge amount of hops.

Collaboration with Local Surf Artist Andy Davis - An epically hazy beer from copious use of oats and wheat, but with just a hint of bitterness so as not to interfere with the amazing aroma and flavor. Four different dry hops meld together to create a hop bouquet with dreamy notes of tropical fruit, melon, grapefruit zest, gooseberry and stone fruit with secondary notes of pine, fresh peppers and black tea.

London is calling and it says drink more Duck Foot. And it turns out so do the 2017 San Diego International Beer Festival Judges who awarded the London Calling a gold medal! For this big beer, we took our Chocolate Hazelnut Porter recipe and cranked everything up to 11. Twice the cocoa, twice the hazelnuts and a lot more dark and roasted malts make this a dangerous but delicious drink.

This is our take on the traditional Belgian Tripel Style. This Belgian ale uses primarily pale malt rounded out with Vienna malt and pure sugar to dry out the finish. The fruitiness from the Belgian yeast profile melds with its high alcohol content resulting in a light golden, floral, full flavored yet crisp, dry beer that packs a punch if you’re not careful. Coming in at 9.3% this is a sipping beer, though you wouldn’t guess it until it’s too late!
