Before America’s failed experiment with Prohibition in 1920, America's brewing agriculture was unique among the world’s brewers. We used our own six-row barley because it grew better in the Great Plains, corn was readily available for easy fermentation and a lighter body, and one of the oldest hops in the United States, Cluster, was the popular choice. These ingredients create a crisp and crackery lager recipe that’ll take your taste buds back in time.
