Brewed to celebrate the annual Hop harvest! Altair a bright star in the Constellation Aquila the Eagle. Fresh Meridian Hops were used making this beer. A light biscuit malt character is balanced with wonderful aromas of citrus and tangerine. This beer was wet hopped and dry hopped in the fermenter. It’s a classic American pale ale!

Twinkling in the autumn night sky is Capella, a pair of binary stars. Capella Porter marks the end of the harvest season (Samhain), as we transition into the darker half of the year. Don't add lime to your beer - let the brewer do it for you! Fresh lime zest adds a citrusy tartness to this beer, brewed from pale, Vienna and pilsner malt. Hops go into the kettle and whirlpool to give it balancing bitterness and hop flavor and a few weeks of cold lagering give it a smooth, crisp profile. You don't have to be the most interesting man in the world to drink this Mexican style lager.

Oort is named after the mysterious region of our solar system that breeds comets. Massive amounts of roasted barley and chocolate malts were combined with three types of caramel malts for a rich, full mouthfeel. Chinook, Cascade, and Sterling hops lend a balanced bitterness and subtle hop flavor to this brew that is as black as the vacuum of space.

A starburst galaxy produces an exceptionally high amount of stars, similar to how Ecliptic Starburst IPA produces a soaring amount of hop flavor. Brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops for fresh flavors of citrus, fruit and pine. 100% pale malt makes for a super clean finish and puts the focus on the hop flavors and aromas. STARPM IPA brings together the best of Ecliptic’s Starburst IPA and Boneyard’s RPM IPA, both that happen to be each companies’ flagship beers. Both of the original beers are heavily hopped, and the mashup is no exception, featuring Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, Azacca and Amarillo hops for a citrusy and tropical flavor. STARPM IPA features a classic malt profile and clocks in at a solid 7.2% ABV and 50 IBUs.

Brewed for our 3rd anniversary. We combined 7 types of malts to give this beer a rick black color. Flavors of cocoa and slight coffee blend with Columbus, Amarillo and Cascade hops which lend a slight citrus hop character. 22 pounds of cherries per barrel are used and these meld in with the malt character for a balanced and slightly sweet flavor. This beer was designed for aging.
