Epidemic Ales - Diablo's Descension
Style: Doppelbock
ABV: 7.50% IBU: 27.0

As you approach, note the deep ruby/garnet hue, and subtle aroma of toasted malts. Traditional German specs are tweaked to include Honey Malt & Rye, resulting in an initial peak of spice before you descend through the malty depths. Huell Melon in the whirlpool helps anchor softer fruit tones through the crisp finish. A tandem brew with Touchstone Brewing Co. & Diablo Rock Gyms.

We put together a blended family of Millenium, Strata, Eureka, Falconer’s Flight & Mandarina hops and came out on the other side with a new collab DIPA full of citrus, pine, fresh berry and melon.

	Epidemic Ales - Grapefruit Zombrew Style: American IPA ABV: 7.00% IBU: 80.0 Fermented with nearly 300lbs of real graprefruit, the natural, tart citrus notes play extremely well with the Citra & Simcoe in Zombrew. The pithy bitterness rides the tongue all the way through the dry finish, heighten the citrus notes, & leaves a fantastic grapefruit aftertaste!

Owner Jess whipped up some maple bourbon pecan pies, so we tossed ‘em straight into the mash, and added real toasted pecans, maple, and vanilla bean paste for a rich, toasty, and seasonal fall treat that will have you begging to share it at the holiday dessert table.
