	Eufloria Winery - 2013 Aromatic Blend Style: Sparkling Wine ABV: 12.50% This wine is a secret blend made from the finest aromatic grapes grown in Eastern Washington. The grapes are gently handled and fermented for 30 days. The slight residual sugar in the wine is natural and comes from arresting fermentation. The wine is aged for 6 months and the carbonation is added during the kegging process.

This wine is a secret blend made from the finest aromatic grapes grown in Eastern Washington. The grapes are gently handled and fermented for 30 days. The slight residual sugar in the wine is natural and comes from arresting fermentation. The wine is aged for 6 months and the carbonation is added during the kegging process. Color: Pale straw. Bouquet: Floral, tropical fruit. Taste: Pear, green apple, quince.

Style: Sparkling Wine
ABV: 12.50%

Eufloria is an Alsatian style blend with Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat and Gewurztraminer layered together to build an aromatic blend. It is slightly off dry at 15 to 17 g/L residual sugar though well-balanced due to the underlying crisp acidity. The wine portrays abundant floral aromatics with flavors of pear, green apple and quince, balanced by bright acidity.
