This unfiltered ale pours deep sun gold in color and crests with a pure white head. It’s light body, coupled with late kettle, whirlpool, and dry hop additions, brings the youthful Simcoe hop to the forefront. Grapefruit and ‘green’ hop aromas infiltrate the nose and trickle on to the palate where tropical citrus flavors are complemented by smooth bitterness. Don’t let the giving nature of this beer fool you – she packs an inconspicuous punch!
