Finch's Beer Co. - Hardcore Chimera
Style: Imperial IPA
ABV: 9.00% IBU: 80.0

An American style imperial IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Columbus, Cascade and Mosaic hops. Hardcore Chimera is then dry hopped with over a pound of hops per BBL. Ringing in with over 80 IBU's, Hardcore Chimera's intense aroma and flavor of passion fruit and citrus is balanced out against a hearty grain bill that lends to the beer's deceptively drinkable 9% ABV.

	Finch's Beer Co. - Pale Ale Style: Pale Ale ABV: 5.20% IBU: 40.0 Finch's Pale Ale is an American style Pale Ale featuring Crystal and Munich malts to give it a nice sweet, biscuit malt flavor with a hop punch from Cascade and Simcoe for a citrus, dank aroma. At 5.2% ABV and 40 IBUs this beer is easy to drink on a hot day and packed with flavor to make you want to drink another.

	Finch's Beer Co. - Pig in the Woods Style: American Strong Ale ABV: 8.00% IBU: 72.0 A deep red malt-forward ale brewed with plenty of caramel malts and a touch of rye. Brewed and dry-hopped with Palisade and Zythos hops and aged for over six months in Koval barrels, a local Chicago distillery.

	Finch's Beer Co. - Plumage Style: American IPA ABV: 6.50% IBU: 55.0 Finch Beer Company is taking flight from our new brewery in the West Fulton neighborhood with our first new beer release. Plumage IPA is a 6.5% ABV and 55 IBU American IPA that features citra and blanc hops.

Finch's Beer Co. - Secret Stache
Style: Stout
ABV: 5.30%

Secret Stache Stout won a gold medal in the stout category at the 2013 United States Open Beer Championship, and then won a silver medal in 2014 in the same category. Heaps of chocolate malt give this beer color as well as chocolate and coffee notes. Vanilla beans and lactose lend to its complexity and full flavor. Torrified wheat is also used for additional body and head retention.

Style: Oatmeal Stout
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 33.0

Sloth Overlord is a classic oatmeal stout in every sense of the style. Rich and toasty malts give this sweet stout the right amount of bite to arouse even the slowest moving of mammals. We partnered with our good friends and neighbors at Metric Coffee Roasters that provided a special roast that has notes of apricot, black tea and a light floral characteristic. Seductively smooth and a perfect complement to Sloth!
