Style: India Pale Ale

Originally brewed as a one-off in celebration of the 300th batch at our original downtown Minneapolis brewery, this West Coast IPA was so well received we had to make it available year-round. It's built on a base of Pilsner malt and heavily hopped with Mosaic, one of our favorite -- and unfortunately nearly impossible to procure -- hop varieties. At 74 IBU and 7% ABV, 300 is pure hop candy.

Fulton Beer - Coffee Doppelbock
Style: Doppelbock
ABV: 7.75% IBU: 28.0

Surprisingly refreshing for such a full-bodied lager, with a hefty portion of rye in the malt bill. Those Reinheitsgebot purists over in the ancestral home of lager will surely be peeved and confused by the addition of a blend of Red Sombrero and Papa New Guinea roasts from our friends over at Up Coffee Roasters, but they never had to survive winters quite like this.

Fulton Beer - Double Dry Hopped 300
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 74.0

More hops! We love hops so we decided to take one of our favorite IPAs and double up on the dry hop to create an IPA with an intense hop aroma. We dry hop 300 at a rate of 1.65/BBL and then recirculate the beer to ensure we extract as many of the desirable aromatic compounds as possible. For the DDH 300 we did that process twice for a total dry hop rate of 3.3/BBL and re-circulated it twice.

Fulton Beer - Hop Kingdom Imperial IPA
Style: Imperial IPA
ABV: 9.00% IBU: 85.0

A Midwest take on the Imperial IPAs of the Northwest. Mosaic hop extract creates just enough bitterness to cut through the large quantity of malt used in this 9% IPA. Fermented with a clean West Coast ale yeast and heavily dry hopped with Simcoe and Talus; this beast of an IPA creates a delicate synergy of flavors including grapefruit, pine resin, floral, & citrus rind

	Fulton Beer - Hopstar Style: Session IPA ABV: 4.90% IBU: 37.0 Twice dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo, this Session IPA shines bright hop rays through a nebulous body of Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, and white wheat. It’s Session IPA, NE Minneapolis style.

Fulton Beer - Insurrection
Style: Imperial IPA
ABV: 8.60% IBU: 95.0

Insurrection's flavor profile is spearheaded by Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops added at a rate of over 3 pounds per barrel. Both hops are new breeds that overwhelm the senses with an onslaught of citrus, sauvignon blanc, and blueberry notes. Loads of 2-row barley and a touch of honey malt combine to form a serious malt backbone and an ABV of 8.6%.

Fulton Beer - Jameson Barrel Aged
Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 7.40% IBU: 26.0

Jameson Barrel-Aged Brown is the beautiful benefactor of a careful and complex marriage of malts (totalling a half dozen different varieties). Despite this hefty malt presence, it's uniquely balanced and goes down remarkably (too) easy. The beer rested over three months in Jameson Whiskey Barrels-adding to it's depth and imparting trace hints of vanilla and oak flavors. It is medium bodied and will surprise you with it's smooth texture, clean finish, and overall drinkability.

Style: Blonde

The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of German noble hops, and slips a touch of white wheat between American pale and crystal malts for a smooth, sensuous body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Crisp carbonation slinks the Lonely Blonde quickly away, and you’re left with nothing but a slight lingering sweetness as you contemplate how The Lonely Blonde can be so beautiful on so many levels.

Fulton Beer - On the Other Hand
Style: American IPA
ABV: 5.90% IBU: 15.0

We brewed this special beer with our friends over at Left Hand Brewing for In Cahoots. A small amount of Bravo hops is added for bittering and a blend of Mosaic and Galaxy hops for whirlpool and dry hop additions. This beer is all about the hops. The result is a bone-dry, highly aromatic beer with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.

Fulton Beer - Specter
Style: New England IPA
ABV: 7.10% IBU: 35.0

It’s smooth, creamy mouthfeel and it's hazy appearance are by-products of a number of ingredients. We aggressively hopped Specter with late boil and whirlpool additions, leaving it with little lingering bitterness, but rather a tropical and juicy finish. If that wasn't enough, we dry-hopped this beer twice with Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin to add aromas of citrus and stone fruits.

	Fulton Beer - Standard Style: Lager ABV: 4.50% IBU: 18.0 Standard Lager is genuine all-malt beer made with American hops, and Pilsner yeast. Easy drinking but not watered down, we brew Standard without rice or corn for a more satisfying, full-flavored lager experience.

Fulton Beer - Sweet Child of Vine
Style: India Pale Ale

Generous quantities of CTZ and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving. The Sweet Child has a serious malt backbone to stand up to all those hops, creating a delightful balance that will keep you coming back for more. It’s an IPA, Fulton-style.

Fulton Beer - The Ringer
Style: American Pale Ale

The beauty of The Ringer is its simplicity. Bright citrus and floral aromas introduce a refreshingly light malt body. An assertive charge of Cascade and Perle hops lend a brilliant flavor and snappy bitterness that carry you quickly through to a clean finish. It's an all-around classic American Pale Ale that leaves you completely satisfied and yet with a longing that can only be fulfilled by drinking one again.

Fulton Beer - War and Peace
Style: Imperial Coffee Stout
ABV: 9.50% IBU: 81.0

Fulton War and Peace is a Russian Imperial Stout conditioned with whole bean PEACE COFFEE in the fermentation tank. It's an epic work of beer, but unlike the novel, this beer is brief and fleeting, appearing just once a year in February. Historic quantities of chocolate malt and roast barley clash over a field of dark roast Peace Coffee beans.

Fulton Beer - Worthy Adversary
Style: Russian Imperial Stout
ABV: 9.50% IBU: 81.0

This Russian Imperial Stout is not exactly a lightweight. It’s about drawing a line in the sand. It has a consistency similar to 5W-30. Adventurous tattoo artists have used it in place of ink. If left outside during winter, it won’t freeze, even in Minnesota. Beneath the shadowy exterior, a swirling ambush of coffee and dark chocolate flavors lurk atop a mountain of malt. For much of the year, the Worthy Adversary lays low, as if beneath the cover of canopy jungle. Don’t leave this aggression unchecked, or you may find it facing you down—eyeball to eyeball.
