The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and minerality. The vineyard is farmed sustainably and the grapes are hand picked. It is light to medium bodied, crisp, clean and refreshing with aromas of grapefruit and lemons that carry through on the palate and are joined by a delicious briny note on the finish.
