Apple Hill is made from 60% Arkansas Black and 40% Pink Lady apples. Aromatically, this cider erupts with fresh, juicy apple with soft spicy notes as support. On the palate, it is rich with mineral complexity, with layers that are married together with a youthful sharpness contributed by the acid structure, which is likely due to the higher elevation where these apples are grown. Its beautiful, golden hue matches its delicate and dry finish.

Nothing says summertime in California like a riff on the refreshing Jamaica Drink, a traditional Mexican sun tea made from hibiscus flowers. The acidity and sweetness of the apple is well balanced with the flavors of red currant, ripe berry, and soft tannins from the hibiscus flowers. Enjoy this naturally pink-hued cider paired with tacos, ceviche, and savory tortas.

It's perfectly balanced, crispy (if not crispier) as biting into a fresh picked apple. Pairs greatly with pork, shellfish, fried plantains, or savory veggie dishes.

Mighty Dry Hard Cider is our flagship cider, born from the ideals of the west coast and crafted with a delicious blend of culinary apple varieties. We started making this cider in 2014 when we realized that it wasn't easy to find a dry session cider in the SF Bay Area, so we bought ourselves a canning line and put our cider in a can so you can take the deliciousness with you.

On the palate the mouthfeel is full, yet crisp, likely due to the cool marine air that flows through the valley at night. Rich flavors of caramelized honey, apple skin, peppercorns and apple brandy in tandem with an 8.4% ABV, lend a perceived touch of sweetness to this bone dry cider. Fine bubbly effervescence coarse through this brilliantly golden liquid, inviting you to truly experience the Newtown Pippin.

Save the Gravenstein is a full-bodied, aromatic cider made exclusively from Gravenstein apples grown on our next-door neighbors farm in the Sebastopol hills. Some of these apple trees are over 100 years old! This bright cider unfolds with layers of orange blossom honey, fresh flowers and is accentuated by well-structured acidity and tannin.
